CHILL plans to dance the night away

CHILL is planning a special Valentine’s Dance on Friday, February 18 2011 at Forest Park Country Club. All area high school students are invited to this Free Formal “Black and White Dance.” CHILL and HEY are committed to giving area youth fun alternatives in our efforts to lower substance abuse in our area teens.
